The Integra includes a 7.0-inch infotainment display as standard and a larger 9.0-inch unit available being an option, both give up the annoying touchpad controller present in other Acura products. Inside, the Integra offered a driver-oriented cockpit with supportive seats and a well-designed dashboard. The more expensive touchscreen is area of the technology suite on the A-Spec models, which also incorporates an instant smartphone charging pad, a 5.3-inch head-up display, 2025 Acura Integra and three USB-C charging ports in the cabinet. For North America (the United States and Canada), Acura was introduced since the 2025 Acura Integra RSX in accordance with Acura's new alphabetical naming scheme.
Additionally it had a completely new engine, the K-series. The Integra came in two models in the United States, the RSX and the RSX Type-S boasting the K20A2 engine from 2002 to 2004, while the 2005 and 2006 RSX-S came with a K20Z1.
