WoW Upgrades - The item upgrades Upgrader
Upgrades will give you a boosts in certain stats. Each upgrade increases the level of the item by +3. A random additional substat is also boosted alongside every upgrade.
The upgraded gear is usually more useful, unless the item upgrades is not required by nature (like FB sorc shields) or has a large variance in stats (like Eth Titan weapons). Upgrades are less useful for the latter due to the need to roll the perfect version.
Recycle Points
The item upgrader allows players to upgrade gear to a higher level by providing the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any kind of weapon or armor. The item upgrades used to upgrade item the item upgrade will be consumed and cannot be used again. Upgrades can be used to create the enchantments.
The upgrader is located in all major cities, and can be accessed anytime to upgrade your gear. It is recommended to visit the upgrader every few weeks to keep your equipment up-to-date.
