Truffle butter can be rubbed on turkey or rooster before cooking, providing you with a pleasant truffley pores and skin after baking in the oven. Stand the cups in a pan of hot water and bake in a moderate oven about five minutes. Cook, stirring regularly, for a couple of minutes to toast the farro and dry it out just a little bit. This part takes a bit of bit of time and persistence. However, the consequence was a bit brittle so I suspended the container in a double boiler for less than a minute.
