Black truffle oil is generally used at the top of the cooking as a ending oil. The ratio of oils will rely upon personal desire, however sometimes 1/four cup of olive oil and a pair of tablespoons of black truffle oil work nicely together. Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, truffle aroma (tuber magnatum pico).
