WoW Upgrades - The item level upgrade Upgrader
Upgrades will give you a boost to specific stats. Each upgrade increases the level of an item upgrader kit level upgrade; Read A great deal more, by +3. Each upgrade also increases an unspecified substat.
The more modernized gear generally has a higher trade value, unless it has inherently low requirements (like the FB sorc's shield) or very high stat variance (like the eth titan weapons). These types of gear get less value from upgrading due to the necessity to roll for a perfect version.
Recycle Points
The item upgrader kit upgrader allows players to upgrade their gear to a higher level by providing the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any type of armor or weapon. However, the item level upgrade that is used for the upgrade will remain in use for a long time and cannot be used again. Upgrades can be used to create Enchantments.
The upgrader can be found in all major cities and is accessible anytime to upgrade your gear.
