WoW Upgrades - The Item Level Upgrade Upgrader
Upgrades will give you a boost to specific stats. Each upgrade boosts the level of an item upgrades by 3. A random substat is also boosted alongside every upgrade.
Upgraded gear is generally more valuable, unless the item upgrade has a low requirement by nature (like FB sorc shields) or a high stat variance (like eth Titan weapons). Upgrades are less valuable for those with lower requirements due to the requirement to roll a perfect version.
Recycle Points
The item upgrader kit upgrader allows players to upgrade their gear by giving the currency to an NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any type of armor or weapon. The item level upgrade used to upgrade the item upgrades will be consumed and can't be used again. Upgrades can be used to create Enchantments.
The upgrader is located in every major city, and is accessible at any time to upgrade your gear. To keep your gear current it is recommended that you visit the upgrader each several weeks.
