Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrading gear increases its stats base and often boosts its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random enhancements applied.
For instance, the top shield of racial violence Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to provide additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the un-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an acquired item upgrader kit like an armor, weapon, item upgrader or rings. The Best item upgrader is swapped for one of the same type and comes with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective way to upgrade item gear. They don't keep the original item Upgrader kit's level and any wasted resources aren't rewarded.
The survivors can get tokens to reroll in many ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures.
