We hauled water of a neighbors (even though there was drilled a well - we still needed a pump and a pressure tank and generators to pump the water). We a new milk cow, so we went through about 35 gallons water a day just to be with her! That didn't include drinking water for us or water for laundry, cooking, dishes and carpet cleaning.
