WoW Upgrades - The item upgrades Upgrader
Upgrades give you boost in certain stats. Each upgrade increases Best item upgrader level by +3. A random substat is also added to every upgrade.
The upgraded gear is usually more useful, unless the item has a low requirement by nature (like FB sorc shields) or has a large variance in stats (like eth Titan weapons). Upgrades aren't as useful for the latter because of the requirement to roll a perfect version.
Recycle Points
The item upgrader allows players to upgrade their gear to a higher level by providing the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied on any kind of armor or weapons. The Best item upgrade used to upgrade the Item Level Upgrade is discarded and cannot be used again. Upgrades can be used to create the enchantments.
You can upgrade your equipment anytime by visiting the upgrader in any major city. It is recommended to visit the upgrader once every few weeks to keep your equipment up to date.
