It is now commonly known that Jr NTR is set to make his Hindi film debut in the much-anticipated sequel, *War 2*, which casts Hrithik Roshan. Production for the project is ongoing in Mumbai, and buzz is growing around NTR’s role. Ayan Mukerji is directing, homepage while Kiara Advani is joining the cast as the female protagonist. Insiders say that he will portray the role of Veerendra Raghunath, a former RAW agent from South India who has betrayed his own. Early reports suggest that NTR will play an antagonist facing off against Hrithik Roshan’s character.
Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, the film just hosted its pre-release event in Hyderabad. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, he couldn’t attend, leading to his father, Allu Aravind, stepping in to give an explanation. Thandel is scheduled to premiere on 7th February 2025.
