Once the winter season it is finished in Europe, from May to August we discover from Southern Hemisphere Australian truffle and South American truffle. The truffle from Australia or Chile it often comes at a barely greater value than the winter marketing campaign in Spain. Nowadays 90% of the manufacturing of this truffle mushoom it is produced in Spain in winter time. In all these instances, the manufacturing occurred in areas that already produced T. magnatum, in some instances in the timber directly bordering the small orchards. There is no such thing as a technological advance but the production is large news and I’ll describe some of the circumstances used, beneath, but first to frame the outcomes with some background context.
