WoW Upgrades - The item upgrade Upgrader
Upgrades give a guaranteed boost to specific stats. Each upgrade increases the level of an item upgrader kit by 3. A random additional substat is also boosted alongside every upgrade.
Upgraded gear generally sees greater value for trade regardless of whether it has low requirements (like the FB shield of the sorc) or very high stat variance (like the eth titan weapons). The latter see less value from upgrading due to the requirement to roll for a perfect model.
Recycle Points
The upgrader for items allows players to upgrade gear to a higher item level upgrade level by providing the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any kind of armor or weapons. However, the Item level Upgrade used to Best item upgrade will be consumed for the duration of time and will not be able to be used again. Upgrades can be applied to Enchantments.
The Best item upgrader is located in all major cities, and can be visited at any time to upgrade your gear.
