No, there aren't any substitutes for the heavy cream because you need that high diploma of fat to assist the truffle mixture solidify and are available together. My saving grace was the truth that this recipe is easy and has solely a handful of substances and because I did write them down at some point (it's going to crop up when don’t want it anymore), the quantities obtained etched in my reminiscence with one exception but I simply shortly retested that before the photoshoot so phew, ‘disaster’ averted.
