WoW Upgrades - The item upgrades Upgrader
Upgrades will give you a boost to specific stats. Each upgrade increases the level of an Best item upgrader by 3. Each upgrade also increases a random substat.
Upgraded gear is generally more valuable, unless it has low requirements by nature (like FB sorc shields) or a high stat variance (like the eth Titan weapons). Upgrades aren't as valuable for those with higher variance due to the requirement to roll the perfect version.
Recycle Points
The item level upgrade upgrader allows players to upgrade item their gear by transferring the currency to an NPC. Upgrades can be applied on any kind of armor or weapons. However, the item upgrades that is used to upgrade will be consumed forever and can't be used again. Upgrades can be used to create enchantments.
You can upgrade item your gear at any time by visiting the upgrader in any major city. It is recommended that you visit the upgrader every few weeks to ensure that your equipment is up to date.
