Fresh Perigord Black Truffles truffle oil is generally used at the tip of the cooking as a finishing oil. The ratio of oils will rely upon private preference, however usually 1/4 cup of olive oil and a couple of tablespoons of Quality Black and White Truffles truffle oil work properly together. Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, fresh black truffle tuber brumale aroma (tuber magnatum pico). All that is combined with the sour cream, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and organized on the top lettuce leaves, strewn with parsley and garnished with olives. Building off the heritage of Crème Ancienne, which was inspired by the world’s first cream, our quest for treasured ingredients led us to Alba, Italy, to unearth our unique white truffle. The only difference between the properly-recognized White Button and Cremini Mushrooms is the age. Mushrooms are adaptable, readily obtainable, and may be prepared in varied ways.
