Looks like Microsoft Great Plains grows more and more popular, partly because of Microsoft muscles behind out. Now it is targeted for the whole spectrum of horizontal and vertical market inventory. Small companies use Small Manager (which draws on on aren't technology - Great Plains Dexterity dictionary and runtime), Great Plains Standard on MSDE created for small to midsize clients, and then Great Plains serves you'd like of market up to big agencies.
One more thing--please don't ignore most people. A quick "thanks, but no thanks" note might be so much compared to no reply at every single one.
