Black truffle juice, truffle breakings and black truffle peelings could be obtained from the black truffle. Essentially the most conspicuous variations with the prized sliced black truffles and white olive oil truffle set truffle are found within the gleba: the winter truffle has a greyer flesh with sparser, much less high-Quality Black and White Truffles veins. The strong character of the winter truffle is also present in its flavour, which is just as strong and intense as its aroma.
