WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader
Upgrades give a guaranteed boost to specific stats. Each upgrade boosts the level of the item upgrades by +3. A random substat is also added to every upgrade.
The upgraded gear is usually more valuable, unless the item has low requirements by nature (like FB sorc shields) or has a high variance in stats (like the eth Titan weapons). The latter see less value from upgrading due to the need to roll to get a perfect version.
Recycle Points
The item level upgrade upgrader enables players to upgrade items their gear to a higher item level by providing the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be made on any type of armor or weapons. However, the item Level upgrade that is used to upgrade items will remain in use for a long time and can't be used again. Upgrades can also be used to create enchantments.
You can upgrade your gear at any time by visiting the upgrader in any major city. To keep your gear up-to-date, item Level Upgrade it is recommended that you visit the upgrader every few weeks.
