The Truffle & Wine Company were the first to harvest truffles in Western Australia in 2004 and boy have they put our very own Manjimup truffles on the map! At the tip of each day the musicians take the place on the stage the place the chefs have cooked and you can relax into the night with a steady movement of wine and canapés. The superior white truffle is saved within the refrigerator wrapped in kitchen paper corresponding to Scottex (it's advisable to vary it on daily basis as soon because it turns into damp) and positioned in a plastic or glass container (we recommend the removing of fresh truffles from the insulated container with which we ship).
