The 2024 Acura ADX ZDX is really a mid-size luxury crossover SUV with a dropping rear roofline developed by Honda because of its prestigious Acura brand. It was originally planned that the automobile will be called "MSX&rdquo ;.The Acura ZDX was lanched at the New York International Auto Show on April 8, 2009 as a 2010 model. The 2025 Acura ZDX is Acura's first electric SUV to utilize General Motors battery technology.
The Acura ZDX concept was made by Michelle Christensen, who called it a 4-door luxury sports coupe that Acura says "blurs the distinction between coupe, sedan, Acura ADX and Acura ADX SUV." The Acura ZDX SUV features Acura's first six-speed automatic transmission, advanced ventilated seats and other luxury features. The Acura ZDX also the first ever to be designed entirely at Acura's Southern California design studio in Torrance.
