Black truffle oil is usually used at the tip of the cooking as a finishing oil. The ratio of oils will depend on personal choice, but usually 1/4 cup of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of black truffle oil work effectively collectively. Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, truffle aroma (tuber magnatum pico).
