WoW Upgrades - The Best item upgrade Upgrader
Upgrades can give you boost in certain statistics. Each upgrade item increases item level by +3. Each upgrade item also boosts a random substat.
The upgraded gear is usually more valuable, unless the item has a low requirement by nature (like FB sorc shields) or has a high variance in stats (like eth Titan weapons). Upgrades are not as important for those with lower requirements due to the need to roll an exact version.
Recycle Points
The item Level Upgrade upgrader enables players to upgrade their gear to a higher level by providing the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any kind of weapon or armor. However, the item that is used for the upgrade item will remain in use for a long time and can't be used again. Upgrades can be used to create the enchantments.
The upgrader is located in every major city, and can be visited anytime to upgrade your equipment.
