World of Warcraft Upgrades
Upgrades are parts that can be added to equipment to provide it with different bonus effects. They range from stat increases to increased proc odds of incredible effects on equipment.
The item upgrader upgrade system is different from the one you are familiar with in other MMORPGs. This guide will go over the basics of how it works along with some tricks and tips.
Rerolling
A player can upgrade items like weapons, armor and trinkets above level 9 by visiting an upgrader NPC. These NPCs are located through a map search, or talking to a vendor. Upgrades to an item upgrader weapon or set piece will make the item stronger and gaining new rewards. The process of obtaining the materials required to upgrade an item upgrading can be time consuming, but the rewards are considerable.
To upgrade your gear, you will need an amount of Power Dices and Minerals. Power Dices are dropped by monsters within level 21+ zones.
