WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader
Upgrades will give you a boosts in certain stats. Each upgrade boosts the level of an item level Upgrade by +3. A random extra substat is also increased with each upgrade items.
The more modernized gear generally has a higher trade value regardless of whether it has low requirements (like the FB sorc's shield) or has a high stat variance (like the eth titan weapons). The latter see less value from upgrading due to the necessity to roll to get a perfect version.
Recycle Points
The upgrader for items allows players to upgrade gear to a higher item level by supplying the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be made on any type of weapon or armor. The item upgrades used to upgrade the item upgrades will be consumed and item Level upgrade can't be used again. Upgrades can also be applied to the enchantments.
The upgrader can be found in all major cities and is accessible anytime to upgrade your equipment.
