Truffle oil goes effectively over most pizza, but we especially like a wild mushroom pizza with mozzarella cheese and a mild cream sauce as a substitute of tomato. And whereas these oils can nonetheless be delicious drizzled over French fries or pizza, they don’t come anywhere close to an actual truffle expertise! I was there over the weekend and noticed Styrofoam packages of white and black truffles for sale. Pour the new cream over the white chocolate mixture and let sit for 3-5 minutes. If your cake pops have some cracks on them, the melted chocolate could have been too scorching.
