Diablo 4 Item Upgrades
Upgrades to items let players raise the level of equippable items such as weapons, armor, upgrade items and trinkets to a certain level. You can upgrade items (read this blog article from humanlove.stream) at any NPC that accepts the appropriate currency.
Slots are used to upgrade components into equipment to increase attribute bonuses and additional effects. These are usually slot-restricted however, Upgrade Items there are some universal upgrades.
Rerolling
A player can reroll an item upgrade in Diablo 4. This is done through the Level Up feature, which pauses your game and displays four randomly-chosen upgrades. The player can choose one of the upgrades to continue the battle. The cost of rerolling is the same as a normal Level Up. Players should be cautious to choose the right upgrade items, since they won't know the new stats until the item upgrader kit has been replaced.
The item's rarity and the tier of its purchase determine its upgrade items. Each upgrade level boosts the power of the item by +3.
