This could be the hardest part of the job. Most people start driving truck produce a better life to aid their family. Unfortunately this industry has the highest divorce percentage rates. How much time have willing to get away of your family? Is the spouse an independent person? How do your children feel about having you away additional? Are you willing to trade time for your money? I ask this because when you calculate your earnings versus time spent off your family, you are essentially working more hours at the normal wage to give home 60- 70% more money than find out working 40 hours 7 days.
So, using this in mind, I joined in a local truck halt to interview some of the driver's. I was considering driving a semi-work truck as being a potential second career because my dad had been an over-the-road Garbage Truck driver when Utilised to be young.
Don't get me wrong, I have flown gliders and hot-air balloons for many people year, and therefore i am now also a company jet preliminary.
