Director Tollywood Box Office Collection Chandoo Mondeti in a recent statement that the film’s runtime has been confirmed to be 2 hours and 25 minutes. Mondeti mentioned, "We’ve aimed for a shortened runtime of 2 hours and 25 minutes. Naga Chaitanya's much-anticipated PAN-Indian film, Thandel, is all set to make its much-awaited debut in theaters on February 7. The film's team is actively immersed in a intensive promotional campaign, with a high-profile event in Chennai, where actor Karthi will be in attendance. Thandel carries a rich mix of emotions, and while I would have liked the film to extend to 2 hours and 45 minutes, we felt that some elements could have been removed in those 20 minutes cut." He further added, "Even with those 20 minutes trimmed, the film still presents all the important aspects efficiently. Navin Nooli’s editing has been remarkable, and I am thoroughly pleased with the final result.
