World of Warcraft Item Upgrades
Items that can be added to weapons, trinkets, and armor in order to increase their effectiveness are known as upgrade items. They are available in shops, missions and on the Trading Post.
Upgrading gear is one of the main ways to increase the effectiveness of your character or ship in combat. The upgrade of gear can increase its Mark Level and Rarity.
Upgrade components
Upgrade components are items that can be slotted into weapons, armor trinkets and item Upgrader gathering tools to provide additional bonuses. These bonuses range from stat increases to additional effects when the Best item upgrader is equipped. Upgrade components can be obtained through crafting, purchasing from a merchant, the karma vendor, or looting. They can also be salvaged by using a Black Lion Salvage item upgrader kit or Ascended Salvage Tool.
Every Upgrade Item has a power level and rarity. In general, the more powerful upgrades are better because they will provide your equipment with higher stats.
