item upgrades can boost the value of most items, however there are exceptions. For instance, a properly rolled eth titan can be worth 20x or more than its counterpart that isn't upgraded.
Rerolling
The reroll feature allows players to swap out a weapon or armor upgrade for one with different stats. This can be a useful tool to get more of an item upgrader mod, since the reroll feature doesn't alter the level of the item upgrades or any additional bonuses. Click on the box icon of the Item upgrades and select "Reroll". The upgrade will be random and the original bonus cannot be restored.
Rerolling is popular in many gacha games, including Genshin Impact. It involves creating a brand new account and trying until the player obtains the character or weapon they wish to acquire.
