Buy a Driving License With Code 95
According to EU regulations that drivers from third-country countries who operate vehicles in the transport of cargo sector prawo jazdy na skuter require documents that demonstrate their expertise. This is known as the Code 95 certificate or licence.
This must be renewed every five years, by completing a 35-hour refresher course. These trainings can be found by using the CBR training searcher (in Dutch).
