Although my consuming habits have undoubtedly diversified since I've started consuming a vegan eating regimen, there are two desserts that I have been unable to get pleasure from as a vegan: tiramisu (how to mimic the mascarpone cream?) and highland shortbread (rounds edged with coarse sugar). Coconut butter and mascarpone cheese make the filling gentle and creamy, and the dark chocolate outer shell is so wealthy and delicious. Not chocolate! ???? Black truffles style a bit garlicky a bit earthy, and a bit musky.
