WoW Upgrades - The item level upgrade Upgrader
Upgrades will give you a boost to certain stats. Each upgrade boosts the level of an item level upgrade by +3. A random additional substat is also added to each upgrade.
Upgraded gear generally sees greater value for trade as long as it meets low requirements (like the FB shield of the sorc) or has a high stat variation (like the eth titan weapons). The latter are less valuable from upgrading due to the requirement to roll for a perfect version.
Recycle Points
The item upgrader allows players to upgrade items gear to a higher level by supplying the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any type of weapon or armor. The item upgrade used to upgrade the item upgrader is discarded and cannot be used again. Upgrades can be used to create Enchantments.
You can upgrade your equipment at any time by visiting the upgrader in any major city. It is recommended that you visit the upgrader once every few weeks, to ensure that your equipment is up-to-date.
