WoW Upgrades - The item upgrade item upgrader
Upgrades will give you a boosts in specific statistics. Each upgrade increases the level of an item upgrader kit by 3. Each upgrade also boosts the random substatus.
Upgraded gear generally sees greater value for trade, item level Upgrade unless it has inherently low requirements (like the FB sorc's shield) or a very high stat variation (like the eth titan weapons). The latter see less value from upgrading due to the necessity to roll to get a perfect version.
Recycle Points
The item level upgrade upgrader allows players to upgrade their gear by offering the currency to an NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any type of weapon or armor. However, the item upgrading that is used for Item level Upgrade the upgrade will be consumed for the duration of time and can't be used again. Upgrades can be applied to Enchantments.
The upgrader is located in all major cities, and can be accessed anytime to upgrade item your equipment.
