The item upgrader (Highly recommended Web-site) in World of Warcraft
The War Within introduced Valorstones, and Harbinger Crests as two currencies to upgrade item gear. These currencies can be exchanged at the item upgrades upgrader NPCs, Cuzolth and Vaskarn.
Each item may be upgraded up to its maximum level only once for one slot. Upgrades to that slot will be cheaper afterward. In addition, the pity system introduced with The War Within lowers extreme variation in the chance to upgrade.
Upgrades
In gaming upgrades are components that increase performance or provide new functionality. Upgrades can be bought or earned through a variety of methods, such as through events in the game or cash shop items.
Upgrades are only available to specific items. In contrast to enchantments that can be applied to any item upgrader kit they are only available to the item upgrader mod they are connected to. This means that upgrades cannot be applied to a weapon when it already has the equipment of a player.
