Driving Instructor Training - www.mentoregetforetag.Se - - What You Need to Know
Driving instructor training is a rewarding career. It lets you work flexible schedules and also gives you a sense satisfaction by helping new drivers become more independent and confident.
You will need to do a few things to become a driving instructor. Study the relevant materials.
1. Take the theory test.
The ADI theory test is a prerequisite to becoming an ADI and you cannot take the driving instructor test until it has been passed. The test consists of two parts: a multiple-choice section and a hazard perception test. You only get to pass the test one time therefore it's crucial to know the syllabus. There's plenty of information on the DVSA's website including a practice test and Tony Mac Driving Courses (read here) a guide for the syllabus. You should also read the Highway Code, traffic signs and any books you have on driver education to help you get to grips with the subject.
The multiple-choice section of the exam contains 50 questions.
