When you harbor a "negative" belief that doesn't serve you, something your inner being doesn't agree with, this causes a vibrational discord. The negative belief vibrates at a way lower frequency than your inner being, that always holding steady at any high vibrations. This vibrational discord then causes a person have negative emotions.
