Today we're glad to announce anyone can now make their very own Bagnoli's Black Truffle Box! I’d prefer to make these however with a chocolate center gourmet dried truffles and mushrooms dark chocolate coating. The centers turned out okay but the coating was an epic fail. ’t come out of the sweet mold till is softens a bit, after which it is gooey and won’t stay hard. I began making him ice-cream with half Swerve and half sugar and then slowly removed the sugar.
